InstaShadow Terms of Service
Last updated: 28-April-2025
1. Using InstaShadow = Agreeing to This
Fire up our site and you’re saying, “Yep, I’m cool with these terms.” If you’re not, please close the tab, no hard feelings.
2. What the Service Does (and Doesn’t)
InstaShadow shows and lets you download public Instagram photos, videos, reels, stories, etc. You must follow Instagram’s rules, copyright laws, and any local regs. We don’t hype or help with rule-breaking.
3. Content Is Yours to Handle
Everything you see comes straight from Instagram’s public edge caches. We don’t host or edit it, and we don’t claim it. How you use it is on you.
If you’re a rights-holder and spot an issue, ping [email protected] with a takedown request (DMCA or otherwise).
4. Don’ts
- No illegal grabs or mass scraping.
- No harassment, stalking, or privacy violations.
- No breaking Instagram’s (or anyone else’s) terms.
- No selling or redistributing content without permission.
Break the rules? We can throttle, block, or boot you, and maybe tell the lawyers.
5. Third-Party Policies Still Apply
Instagram and other sites set their own rules. Read them. Your call, your risk.
6. Liability Stuff
Service is “as-is.” We can’t promise accuracy, uptime, or legality of outside content. To the fullest extent allowed, we’re not on the hook for indirect, incidental, or epic-scale damages (lost profits, data wipeouts, etc.) tied to:
- Your use or inability to use InstaShadow;
- Unauthorized access to or tampering with anything you send our way;
- Third-party conduct or content you bump into here.
7. Intellectual Property
Logos, marks, and media belong to their owners. InstaShadow isn’t endorsed by, or hooked up with, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform.
8. Tweaks & Updates
We may rewrite these terms whenever. New version goes live on this page; keep using the site and you’ve accepted the changes.
